Lucie Vallée joined Jouve & Associés as a Principal in October 2026. She advises French and international clients on the recruitment of senior executives across a broad range of industries. She previously founded Outsiders Search in 2020, a boutique firm dedicated to executive recruitment and leadership advisory, following her roles at Alexander Hughes and Heidrick & Struggles.

Lucie holds a Master’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Rennes I and is fluent in English.
