Of Latvian origin, Lina has an unconventional and richly varied background, bringing together teaching, diplomacy and her personal passions. After studying at the Sorbonne, she began her career as a French teacher, a profession she pursued with great enthusiasm before spending seven years working at the Embassy of Latvia in France, thereby creating a bridge between her two homelands.
Fluent in four languages — Latvian, Russian, French and English — Lina is at ease in multicultural environments and has developed a strong appreciation for human relationships and connections. Five years ago, she found her perfect fit in recruitment at Jouve & Associés. The role allows her to meet people from a wide range of backgrounds, facilitate meaningful connections and play a tangible part in shaping their professional futures, whilst also supporting the Partners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the firm.
