Sophie Hanrot, Founding Partner, previously worked as an executive search consultant at international search firms, after holding positions in marketing at Agatha, in the fashion sector, and at Bourjois, in cosmetics.
She is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, with certification in coaching since 2004. She has lived in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain and Argentina.
Marie de Lassus, Founding Partner, began her career as a consultant in marketing, working for the major consulting firms Bossard-Cap Gemini and Ogilvy. She then specialized in human resources development at Hay Group and subsequently worked independently in this field for major diversified groups.
A graduate of Paris IX Dauphine, with a master's degree in management, she was certified in Behavioral Competencies Assessment by the McBer Institute in Boston in 1994. She is also a certified coach since 2004.
